Solar Highmast Light Installation at Kalwan Nashik

Installed an 8 meter solar highmast pole at Kalwan, built with a GI octagonal design tapering from 130mm at the base to 70mm at the top for added strength and stability. The system runs on a 215W solar panel and a 54Ah LiPo4 battery housed in a separately mounted aluminium battery box, powering four 30W cool white solar flood lights arranged on a 4 way ring bracket. This setup delivers strong, uniform lighting across a wide radius, making it ideal for open ground and roadside areas near the hillside.

Each unit is fitted with a 40W solar panel and a 12Ah LiPo4 battery, allowing the lights to charge during the day and run independently through the night without depending on the grid. The setup ensures reliable illumination for the under construction road, improving visibility and safety for workers and residents in the area even before conventional power infrastructure is fully in place.
